I'm a busy Mum to 4 children between the ages of 7 and 14 years. When I'm not sewing, I also tutor home-schooled children during the school day for GCSE Geography and Environmental Management. I studied Geology and then Geophysics at University but being a stay-at-home Mum means I have never been able to work as a geologist, although I am still passionate about the beautiful world we live in. I have always had a creative streak and loved working with fabrics to create beautiful household items. I am always inspired by the coast - my house is filled with coastal artwork from my favourite artists, plus much of my own work. I live in a pretty village in the Cotswolds and enjoy a simple life in the countryside.
